Joint ESIP-AIM opinion on the European Commission proposals of 10 December 2008 for a Regulation (amending Regulation (EC) No.726/2004) and a Directive (amending Directive 2001/83/EC) as regards pharmacovigilance. The joint opinion was published on 30 September 2009.
