Joint position on EC legal proposals on pharmacovigilance

Joint position paper of ESIP, AIM, HAI, MiEF and ISDB on the European Commission's proposala of 10 December 2008 for a Directive and a Regulation amending Directive 2001/83/EC and EC Regulation No. 726/2004 as regards pharmacovigilance. The joint position was adopted on 2 June 2008 ahead of the EPSCO meeting of 8-9 June 2008.
