ESIP adopts own position paper on counterfeit medicines

On 2 June, ESIP adopted an own position paper on the European Commission Proposal for a Directive amending Directive 2001/83/EC as regards the prevention of the entry into the legal supply chain of medicinal products which are falsified in relation to their identity, history or source - COM(2008) 668 - published on 10 December 2008 as part of the Pharmaceutical Package.
