Information to patients on prescription only medicines_legal proposals 10.12.08

In their position paper of 20 March ESIP and MEDEV set out their views on the Commission proposals of 10 December 2008 for a Directive (amending Directive 2001/83/EC) and a Regulation (amending Regulation (EC) No 726/2004) as regards information to the general public on medicinal products subject to medical prescription.
